Dick Zehring's real estate development firm, MSP Commercial, will leave downtown St. Paul next month for a new building in Eagan. But Zehring, a longtime St. Paul civic leader, said he will keep a desk somewhere downtown to handle his duties as president-elect of the St. Paul Building Owners and Managers organization, president of the St. Paul Police Foundation and chairman of the YMCA of Greater St. Paul. Zehring said he's delegating more of the real estate work to his team -- which includes his 31-year-old son, Tyler -- to free up time for his charitable and educational causes.
