Hy-Vee, Medical Building, Kick Off Chaska Business Center

West Des Moines, Iowa-based Hy-Vee Inc. has paid $4.3 million for a 16-acre site for a new store in the long planned Chaska Business Center, although construction may not happen until 2019.
Meanwhile, Eagan-based MSP Commercial gets the honor of being the first to break ground in the 83-acre mixed-use center Minnetonka-based Opus Group is developing on the southwest corner of Highway 212 and Engler Boulevard.

Developer plans medical-office building for Maple Grove

MSP Commercial has proposed building a 24,000-square-foot medical office building in Maple Grove that would house a surgery center and clinic. The site is near the Cambria Suites hotel at 9655 N. Grove Circle, which is sandwiched between Interstate 94 and Maple Grove Hospital.

34,000-SF medical office building to go up in Blaine
Health care continues to be an oasis in the desert that is Minnesota’s commercial real estate development sector.
The latest example: MSP Commercial announced Tuesday that it is about to break ground on a 34,000-square-foot medical office building in Blaine; the building is already 87 percent leased by two health care enterprises – Minnesota Eye Consultants and the Noran Neurological Clinic.
