Eagan Place, the medical office building at 1215 Town Centre Drive in Eagan, Minnesota, was awarded LEED Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
The two-story, 32,800-square-foot building completed construction in 2009 in the Burnsville/Eagan/Apple Valley submarket. Eagan Place was designed by Genesis Architecture of Minneapolis and developed by MSP Commercial.
As was reported by Michelle Surkamp of NAI Welsh, the primary leasing company, the building is currently 75 percent occupied. It uses 18.7 percent less energy than comparable buildings.
