Asset Manager
Steve oversees the preparation and negotiation of new leases, as well as spearheading lease renewals. He coordinates with brokers, supervises Tenant Improvement work, reviews and approves budgets.
A crucial function of Leasing, Steve also approves and coordinates marketing materials and strategies for all of the buildings in MSP Commercial’s 500,000 square foot MSP portfolio.
Steve joined MSP Commercial in June of 2005, learning the business by working in various departments until assuming his current role. He has degrees in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.
Steve is very active in the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, a recent graduate of The Applied Leadership Academy and a 2009 graduate of Leadership St. Paul, the Chamber’s premier leadership training program.
Steve also enjoys being an active member of the Metro Area’s Young Professional’s group. The Young Professionals are a group of individuals 21-40 in age, interested in professional development and community service.
