Tyler began his career in real estate in 1995 as Assistant Property Manager with Welsh Companies, responsible for 400,000 square feet of office space and 100,000 square feet of retail space in downtown St. Paul.
Tyler’s current focus, as Vice President of Operations, is with the overall financial performance of the company, and building and maintaining both business and reporting relationships with the company’s partners and bankers.
He also has operating responsibility for employee relations, retirement and health plans, as well as financial planning for the company as a whole.
Tyler attended of the University of St. Thomas where he majored in business administration and marketing. He is an active member of the Greater St. Paul BOMA and is an avid hiker and mountain climber.
