Vice President of Property ManagmentRick Hanson has over 30 years of commercial real estate management experience. He oversees the MSP’s growing portfolio of over 500,000 Sq Ft with a hands-on approach and an emphasis on building relationships.
Rick also holds a Chief C Steam Engineer’s license, and Air Conditioning and Refrigerations certification, and is designated as a Real Property Administror (RPA). These additional qualifications add value to both investors and tenants, as his expertise improves efficiency and increases cost savings in building repairs and upgrades.
